Great to meet you!

I’m Shea Hutchinson, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I provide counseling for children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are navigating emotional, relational, and life challenges.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or clinical. My work is rooted in real conversation, emotional safety, and practical tools that fit everyday life.

I work with clients who want honest support without judgment or pressure. My style is calm, grounded, and direct. Sessions are comfortable, thoughtful, and focused on helping you

understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck— without rushing or forcing change.

My approach to therapy

Areas I commonly support through counseling include anxiety, depression, trauma and trauma-related experiences, burnout, relationship struggles, family dynamics, major life transitions, and substance abuse counseling for individuals and families affected by alcohol or drug use.

You don’t need to be in crisis to reach out. If something in your life feels heavy, confusing, or harder than it should be, that’s reason enough to start the conversation.

What you can expect from me

During your first session we will get to know one another. I will get a full background from you and narrow down what you want out of therapy and discover together what issues we should focus on in therapy.
