Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping young women navigate life, gain clarity, and grow in confidence through the faith in Jesus Christ. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) with a faith-based perspective.

I work with women who may feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or unsure of their next steps, and I provide a supportive space to explore challenges, build coping skills, and develop a stronger sense of direction and purpose

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. I help clients heal, understand their thoughts, manage emotions, and create meaningful change by incorporating faith into the process.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, non-judgmental space where they can share what’s been weighing on them. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain from the process.

Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and creating a plan that feels realistic and supportive. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and more hopeful about your next steps.
