Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or the weight of past experiences that continue to affect your daily life. You may feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, disconnected from yourself, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with adults and seniors navigating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, stress management concerns, family conflict, anger management challenges, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a supportive space where they can better understand themselves, process difficult emotions, and develop healthier ways of coping. Together, we'll create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you can gain insight, build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful changes that support emotional wellness and personal growth. My goal is to help you feel empowered to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and peace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping clients create meaningful and lasting change. I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and practical tools that help you navigate life's challenges more effectively. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, and trauma-informed approaches to tailor treatment to your unique experiences and goals. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, PTSD, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, stress management, anger management, identity development, family dynamics, and life transitions. Therapy is designed to help you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, process painful experiences, and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. Together, we'll focus on building resilience, confidence, and emotional balance while creating sustainable personal growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and valued. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you can openly explore challenges without fear of judgment. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that support your growth and healing. Through therapy, you may experience reduced anxiety and stress, healthier relationships, improved emotional regulation, increased confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences. My goal is to help you feel empowered to navigate life's challenges with greater resilience, clarity, and hope while creating positive and lasting change in your life.
