Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or the weight of past experiences that continue to affect your daily life. You may feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, disconnected from yourself, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with adults and seniors navigating depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, stress management concerns, family conflict, anger management challenges, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a supportive space where they can better understand themselves, process difficult emotions, and develop healthier ways of coping. Together, we'll create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you can gain insight, build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and create meaningful changes that support emotional wellness and personal growth. My goal is to help you feel empowered to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and peace.
