Great to meet you!

Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.

Taking the first step toward healing takes courage, and I want you to know that you don’t have to walk this journey alone. Whether you’re navigating life’s challenges, seeking clarity, or simply longing for a safe space to be heard—you are welcome here, exactly as you are.

About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas with a deep sense of purpose and calling to serve others. Counseling is not just my profession—it is my calling. From an early age, I felt a desire placed in my heart to help people heal from brokenness and move toward restoration. Over time, I recognized that my natural gifts of empathy, listening, and encouragement were uniquely suited for this work, and I pursued professional training so I could blend spiritual conviction with evidence-based therapeutic practices to serve people holistically.

My faith and spiritual walk with God guide both my personal life and my approach to counseling. I believe that every individual has inherent value and worth, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where healing, growth, and transformation are possible.

Why I Do This Work

The most rewarding part of this work is witnessing transformation—when a client moves from brokenness to resilience, from confusion to clarity, from despair to hope. My passion is helping people work through challenges, discover their strengths, and walk in wholeness—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Every breakthrough reminds me that this work is sacred. I am humbled and honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

You are worthy of healing. You are worthy of hope.

I would be honored to walk with you.

My approach to therapy

My Approach

I use clinically sound, evidence-based counseling methods while extending grace, patience, and unconditional positive regard to every client. For those who desire it, I am glad to integrate faith-based practices such as prayer, scripture reflection, or spiritual coping strategies. At the same time, I deeply respect each client’s unique background and perspective—my role is not to impose my beliefs, but to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe exploring your own values and truths.

What you can expect from me

My greatest strength is my ability to create an atmosphere of trust and genuine care. Clients often share that they feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I blend practical tools with deeper emotional exploration, so that each session leaves you with both meaningful insight and tangible steps forward.
