I am originally from Malaysia and come from very humble beginnings. I have lived experience as a trauma survivor. In my 2nd career, I have 10 years of experience in collaboratively working with people to process trauma and let go of its grip. I specialize in treating complex trauma/PTSD, and I am fully certified in EMDR by EMDRIA and trained in Exposure Therapy. I firmly believe that our past wounds don't have to dictate how we live today and our future.

This is about you & for you. You will be in the driver's seat when engaging in trauma therapy. You are the only person powerful enough to make any changes you decide. I am collaborative, will empower you, and will use a 'no-nonsense' approach. I will be transparent if you are standing in the way of your healing. My clients often say I am warm, genuine, and direct. I primarily use EMDR and other models targeting self-exploration, the root cause of patterns, and developing self-compassion.

I will meet you where you are at with yourself. My job is to earn your trust & create a space where you can learn about yourself, explore how trauma has impacted you, and grow.
