I will be with you every step of your journey towards healing, strength and recovery.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Struggling with any kind of distress or mental illness can be very difficult. Personalized DBT skills will help regulate your emotions, your ability to tolerate stress and improve your interpersonal relationship skills. I will provide you with the guidance and solace needed to develop yourself into someone who can deal with the most extreme situations and improve in all mental aspects of your life. You will start noticing significant improvement within in the first few sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

Failure in therapy often results from lack of establishing and measuring goals, cookie cutter approach to therapy and translating them into measurable behaviors. My focus is on setting goals with my client in a supportive, non judgemental environment, followed by a "personalized" plan. One size does not fit all. Your life experiences, resources, strengths, stressors are carefully considered. I will be your guide and coach throughout your therapeutic journey.
