Great to meet you!

I am a triple‐licensed nurse practitioner with advanced training in psychiatric mental health, pediatrics, and neonatology. I am double board‐certified in Psychiatric Mental Health and Pediatrics, and I bring a broad, holistic understanding of health across the lifespan. I am also a medical graduate, which deepens my clinical perspective and informs the way I approach complex cases. My practice focuses on compassionate, evidence‐based psychiatric care for adults, adolescents, and young adults. I believe in listening deeply, collaborating closely, and creating treatment plans that feel supportive, clear, and empowering.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence‐based psychiatric practice. I work with clients to understand their unique experiences, strengths, and challenges, and together we create a treatment plan that feels supportive and achievable. My style is warm, direct, and empowering — I focus on helping clients build insight, develop coping skills, and find stability through a combination of medication management and therapeutic guidance. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma‐related conditions, and mood disorders, and I tailor care to each person’s goals so they feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their healing.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where we take time to understand what brought you in and what you hope to achieve. I begin with a thorough but comfortable psychiatric assessment, exploring symptoms, history, strengths, and goals. My style is warm, patient, and collaborative — I want you to feel heard, respected, and never rushed. By the end of our first meeting, we’ll have a clear understanding of your concerns and an initial plan for next steps, whether that includes medication options, therapy strategies, or both.
