Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with experience supporting teens, young adults, and couples through anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and relationship challenges. I’ve worked across higher levels of care, including residential and partial hospitalization, and bring that depth of experience into outpatient work.

I’m a trauma-certified professional with EMDR training, and I take a post-traumatic growth approach—meaning I support clients not just in feeling better, but in building a stronger, more grounded sense of self and relationships.

I also work from a multicultural and family systems lens, recognizing how culture, identity, and family dynamics shape our experiences. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and gently challenged to grow.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I’ll meet you where you are, while also helping you make meaningful changes.

I use approaches like CBT, DBT, and ACT to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—and to build tools that actually work in real life.

I also focus on relationships and communication. Whether you’re coming in as an individual or a couple, we’ll look at patterns in how you relate to others, and work on expressing needs, setting boundaries, and improving connection.

When trauma is part of your story, I can integrate EMDR and trauma-informed work to help you process past experiences in a safe, structured way.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what’s been feeling difficult, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy.

I’ll ask some questions to understand your background and patterns, and we’ll start identifying goals together. If you’re coming in as a couple, we’ll also explore communication and relationship dynamics.

You can expect a space that feels supportive but also focused—where you leave with more clarity and, when helpful, a few tools you can start using right away.
