Hi! My name is Sheena. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Houston. I received a Masters of Art in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University in 2015. My past work experiences have been school district, perinatal/postpartum concerns, couples work, and veterans. I am licensed to work with those in both Texas and Pennsylvania and do so virtually.
I have an authentic, honest, welcoming approach. I will meet you where you are in your journey and together we will work on healing and change. I work with adult individuals and couples. My areas of concentration include perinatal/postpartum concerns, trauma, relationship issues, and veteran concerns.
It's okay to accept support; you don't have to do it alone. I am happy to discuss what seems scary, confusing, or the things that make you or your partner feel unheard. I know finding a therapist can feel overwhelming, and my hope is to make it as easy as possible for you and I to connect. This space is collaborative to foster an environment where you can identify your thoughts, feelings, and actions so that you feel nourished wholly - mind, body, and spirit.
