Great to meet you!

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 25 years of experience.

I work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and chronic health conditions.

My approach to therapy is psychodynamic and relational, and I integrate cognitive and behavioral methods. Additionally, I am a certified psychoanalytic psychotherapist!

My approach to therapy

My practice focuses on healing and developing strong personal relationships. I provide insight-oriented therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, feelings of being stuck, and relationship difficulties.

Gaining insight into these concerns can help alleviate the pain that interferes with daily life. I view therapy as an adventure into our inner world. Understanding the inner forces that drive our feelings is vital.

A respectful exploration of these dynamics offers a fresh perspective and fosters mastery of our lives. This process helps us better understand our experiences,

I offer a safe and supportive environment where you can explore areas of your life that feel less fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

I've long been drawn to the deeper layers of human experience we make meaning, where we get stuck, and how real connection can lead to healing.

I believe that people evolve through an understanding of their world. Our experiences influence us in profound ways, both in our relationships and in our attitudes toward ourselves!

My therapeutic approach provides support, insight, and clear goals to effectively address personal life challenges, and it is highly personalized, tailored to each client. I believe therapy is a collaborative process.

Empathy, growth, and authenticity guide my client-centered approach, fostering a safe space for healing and meaningful change.

Together, we can explore the issues that are hindering you from living a fully engaged and meaningful life.
