Great to meet you!

I'm a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist with a psychoanalytic and psychodynamic background, trained at the Universidad de Buenos Aires. I work with teens, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who look like they have it together on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed or stuck. My approach goes beyond symptom relief — we work together to understand the deeper patterns behind what you're experiencing, so the change actually lasts. Sessions are available in person in Cooper City, FL, or online, and I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit.

My approach to therapy

My approach is psychodynamic and psychoanalytic, which means we don't just focus on managing symptoms in the moment — we look at the patterns underneath them. Together, we explore how your history, relationships, and the language you use to describe your experience shape the way you think, feel, and connect with others. I create a calm, reflective space where you can slow down and really be heard, often for the first time in a while. This isn't a quick-fix approach. It's a collaborative process aimed at real, lasting insight and change, not just short-term relief. As a bilingual therapist, I also make space for the fact that some experiences are easier to express in one language than another, and I meet clients wherever that language takes us.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, with no pressure to have everything figured out. We'll talk through what's bringing you to therapy right now, a bit about your history, and what you're hoping might feel different. I'll ask questions to understand your story, but this isn't an interrogation — it's a conversation, and you're welcome to share at whatever pace feels comfortable. By the end, we'll talk about what ongoing sessions might look like and whether working together feels like a good fit for you. Sessions are available in English or Spanish, whichever feels more natural to you, and both in-person and online options are available.
