Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported throughout your journey. I believe healing begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and collaboration.

I am a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and personal growth. My educational background and clinical experience have prepared me to support clients facing a variety of life challenges while helping them build resilience and confidence.

I believe therapy should feel like a partnership where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. Whether you're working through a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or looking to create meaningful change in your life, I am committed to helping you gain insight, strengthen your coping skills, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. I look forward to supporting you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. I integrate evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping strategies, and build skills that promote lasting emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where we take the time to get to know one another. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and what you hope to achieve through counseling.

My goal is to help you feel comfortable and heard while gaining a better understanding of your unique experiences and challenges. We'll work together to identify your priorities and begin developing a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and values.

There is no pressure to share everything at once. I understand that opening up can feel vulnerable, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you. By the end of our first session, you'll have a clearer understanding of my approach to therapy, and together we'll establish a path forward that supports your growth, healing, and overall well-being.
