Great to meet you!

I am here to assist and help guide people through some of the most challenging times of their lives. My approach is always solution oriented and I also explore past traumas as part of our process. I have spent the past 20 years working with families, individuals and couples in a variety of different settings. I have worked in hospice, hospitals, clinics and in private practice.

My approach to therapy

I am strengths based and use CBT/DBT. It is incredibly important to me that you feel that your strengths are highlighted and utilized as we build a plan for the healthiest version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

I hope that my clients feel empowered and energized to tackle life's challenges. Life can be challenging and my hope is that through therapy we can find the beauty and build on natural ways to get back to the best version of ourselves.
