Great to meet you!

I believe therapy can be for everyone. It is a wonderful support for day to day issues and expected life transitions, as well as major life crises. I work to connect with my clients and build a strong sense of comfort and rapport. I am an empathetic and non judgmental listener who is skilled at understanding various perspectives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use various therapy modalities including elements of DBT and CBT, as well as mindfulness. I come from a person centered, solution-focused, and strengths based perspective. My approach is adaptable depending on the unique needs of each individual presented.

What you can expect from our first session

When looking for growth and change, I will guide clients to find their own strengths and empower them as change agents in their own lives.

Our team at Centered Mind Therapy partners with Headway and is looking forward to working with you!
