I got my foundation in psychology at UT Tyler for a Bachelors then transferred to UT Arlington for focus in mental health/substance use which makes for a solid, evidenced based approach to care. I have been licensed since 2018 and am a Certified Grief Informed Profession with special training in Internal Family Systems, C/DBT, and TFCBT applications. I am here for your goals with an individual approach to each situation.

I have hold space with unconditional positive regard with an open minded person centered approach. With Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, moving through some less complex concerns can be less painful than believed. I can help you find your tools to move on to the next chapter in a way that you are comfortable with. There is no judgement here, just an approach to accepting and changing what you are ready to let go of in a gentle, loving way.
