In addition to being a daughter, sister, wife and mom, I have a Master of Health Science degree and am a certified alcohol and drug counselor. I have over 12 years of experience in inpatient, outpatient and private practice. As a licensed professional counselor, I will assist you in a nonjudgmental, compassionate and safe manner for you to process daily struggles that are causing you to feel stressed, overwhelmed, anxious or depressed.

My approach to therapy

I am a client centered, strengths-based counselor that will work with older adolescents, adults, couples and families. I specialize in addictions, anxiety, depression, codependency, and family dynamics. My approach is evidence based using CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and mindfulness.
