Dr. Sheila Davis

Dr. Sheila Davis, Ed.D, M.S., LMHC, NCC, CAP, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and private practice owner. Her rich personal experiences, education, and clinical background equip her to help adults, couples, and women BREAKTHROUGH life’s challenges and begin living a satisfying lifestyle. She is passionate about helping adults, couples, and women become healthier, happier, stronger, and more confident. She has practiced as a Sr. VP, a Clinical Director, and a Professor.

Dr. Davis uses an approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a Solution-Focused approach to treat her clients. She believes that changing your thoughts will change your life. Dr. Davis's counseling style is friendly, engaging, caring, supportive, and non-judgmental. She provides a safe and “down-to-earth” environment where people can feel open and comfortable about sharing their experiences as they grow and heal.
