Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Perinatal Mental Health practitioner (PMH-C), who supports individuals navigating major life transitions, including pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, infertility and loss, shifts in identity and career, and relationship concerns. I earned my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and my B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine. Women’s wellness and maternal mental health are deeply meaningful to me, both personally through lived experience and professionally through my clinical and volunteer work. I currently serve on the Board of Maternal Mental Health NOW and volunteer as a support group lead with Postpartum Support International.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, insightful, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I work from an integrative perspective, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, attachment-based, and insight-oriented approaches. I have also completed additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which inform my work helping clients understand patterns, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful change. I aim to create a space that feels both supportive and practical, where clients can slow down, gain clarity around what they are navigating, and develop tools that feel realistic and sustainable in everyday life. My goal is to help clients feel less alone in the challenges they face, more connected to themselves and others, and better able to move through difficult seasons with greater authenticity and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together will be a chance for me to get to know you more fully, your story, what brings you to therapy, and what feels most important right now. I’ll ask questions about your history, current concerns, relationships, and experiences so we can better understand your needs and begin shaping meaningful goals for our work together.
