Great to meet you!

If you struggle with limiting beliefs, trauma, relationships, anxiety, depression, Internet or porn addiction, body image, or a history of sexual abuse, my holistically focused approach to therapy can help you find center again. I support individuals currently or formerly involved in sex work, women and men navigating the complexities of abusive relationships or dealing with narcissistic partners. Non-judgmental, understanding, empathetic, and respectful.

My approach to therapy

I use creative expression, mindfulness, and yoga techniques in my approach. I practice trauma modalities, including Flash Therapy and EMDR to help reprocess traumas. I have a specialty in working with process addictions including gaming and Internet addiction and sex addiction. I am a supporter of Sex Workers and their unique needs in therapy; as a former actress, model and dancer, I bring a fresh perspective to empowerment.

What you can expect from me

I use creative exploration to help you discover your Self and story, the themes of your life, and the power of living authentically. My goal is to provide a safe and empathetic space where you can explore your experiences, regain your strength, and develop the skills needed to move forward with confidence and resilience.

Holistic, transformative, and person-centered. If you are ready to take the first step towards healing and empowerment, I am here to support you on your journey.
