Sheila Harvey

I have been a therapist for 32 years in a variety of settings, including psychiatric and medical hospitals, substance abuse centers, and adolescent facilities. For the past 20 years I have also been in private practice ,In addition to a graduate degree in clinical psychology, I also have a graduate degree in social work, a certification in acupressure and I can provide coaching services as well.

My style tends to be direct and goal focused. When possible, with hard work and cooperation from you, it is my goal to help you create the change you seek in 6 - 8 weeks.

I prefer to teach clients the tools and insight to continue the healing process at their own pace outside of the session and continue after treatment has ended. When new issues arrive you should be able to apply these tools and techniques to future issues.
