Great to meet you!

Hello!

I’m a Licensed Psychotherapist who is passionate about helping women and families create lasting change in their lives.

A former homeschool teacher and family consultant, today I specialize in alleviating childhood wounds, present day anxiety, relationship patterns, parenting challenges, and nervous system regulation. My approach blends evidence-based therapies with empowerment, warmth, curiosity, and genuine connection.

I believe that when we better understand our experiences and patterns, we can begin creating the life and relationships we truly want. For ourselves and our children.

My approach to therapy

My clients usually come to me after spending time in talk therapy and making sense of their experiences, but not seeing lasting change.

While I do believe in the importance of talk therapy, my approach goes beyond insight alone and incorporates the body, somatics, parts work, the nervous system, and rewiring the brain through EMDR to connect with new preferred ways of thinking and relating to themselves, others, and the world at large.

We will explore the experiences, beliefs, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building on the strengths you already have. Yes, you have many! Just getting this far and reading my page shows that you are open, willing to grow, and resilient.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know each other, exploring what brings you to therapy, and determining whether we feel like a good fit for working together.

We will talk about your current challenges, your goals, and any important experiences that have shaped your journey. My goal is to create a judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.

By the end of our session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how I work, how we can partner together, and what the next steps may look like moving forward. Most importantly, I hope you'll leave feeling heard, supported, and a little less alone in whatever you're carrying.
