Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with focus, or experiencing anxiety, mood changes, or difficulty finding balance, you're not alone—and the right support can make a meaningful difference.

I am a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental health and overall well-being. My clinical experience includes treating ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, OCD, sleep disorders, and eating disorders.

Because of my dual certification, I approach care with the understanding that mental and physical health are deeply interconnected. When both are addressed together, individuals are better able to achieve stability, resilience, and a greater sense of well-being.

My practice combines clinical expertise, careful observation, and evidence-based guidelines to create individualized treatment plans. I strive to provide thoughtful, personalized mental health care in an environment where patients feel heard, supported, and respected.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered around you as a whole person.

Treatment may include medication management along with lifestyle strategies such as stress management, exercise, grounding techniques, and mindfulness practices. These elements work together to support both emotional and physical health.

I believe mental health care should be collaborative, practical, and compassionate. My style is patient-centered and focused on building trust and creating a supportive therapeutic relationship. While we take your concerns seriously, I also believe care can be approachable and sometimes even lighthearted when appropriate.

Together, we will develop a personalized and realistic treatment plan designed to help you feel more balanced, focused, and energized in your daily life. I view our work as a partnership, and we will collaborate throughout your therapeutic journey as you prioritize your mental health and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit is an opportunity for us to begin building a supportive and collaborative relationship. During this session, we will talk about your concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle factors, and personal goals.

My goal is to develop a clear understanding of your experiences so we can determine the most helpful path forward.

By the end of the visit, many clients leave with:

Greater Understanding: Better insight into their symptoms, triggers, and how different aspects of mental and physical health may be connected.

A Personalized Treatment Plan: A tailored plan that may include medication management, lifestyle strategies, and evidence-based treatment approaches.

Practical Coping Strategies: Tools such as stress-reduction techniques, grounding exercises, or mindfulness practices to begin managing symptoms.

Goal Setting: Realistic short-term and long-term goals that support overall well-being.

A Safe and Supportive Environment: A space where you can speak openly without judgment while feeling heard and respected.

Actionable Next Steps: Simple strategies or steps to begin implementing between visits.

Hope and Motivation: Many people leave feeling reassured, supported, and hopeful about their progress.

A Clear Follow-Up Plan: Before the visit ends, we will discuss next steps and schedule follow-up care so we can continue working toward your goals.
