Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you are carrying a lot for other people and are not sure where to put your own needs. I work with adults and seniors navigating life transitions, relationship struggles, parenting, caregiving, divorce, financial stress, and grief. I especially enjoy supporting women in early adulthood, midlife, and later life stages balancing family responsibilities, identity changes, and menopause. Many of my clients are trying to figure out how to care for others while also taking care of themselves. My goal is to make sure you do not have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe the relationship between us is one of the most important parts of therapy, and I work to build a space where you feel comfortable talking honestly about what is really going on in your life, even the parts that feel messy or difficult. I draw from motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, solution-focused work, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches including anxiety and grief work. Sessions are about slowing down enough to sort through the noise and chaos of life so you can feel more grounded in decisions that fit your values.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe me as easy to talk to, open-minded, and nonjudgmental. In our first session, we will talk about what brought you to therapy and what has been feeling heavy or complicated. I will listen carefully, offer honest feedback, and help you explore your options, while always respecting that you are the one making decisions about your own life. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but everyone is carrying something.
