I am a licensed psychologist who cares deeply about helping people find their way toward the life they want. Over the years, I have worked in many different settings, including inpatient and outpatient clinics, community mental health centers, and government agencies. My approach is always tailored to the person in front of me. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies and adjust to my styles to fit each person’s needs, strengths, and way of seeing the world. I value cultural sensitivity to learn about your traditions, values, and communication styles so that our work together feels comfortable and respectful.

My approach to therapy

I work with both minors and adults, as well as couples, on concerns such as communication, stress, relationship issues, anger, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, past trauma, chronic pain, and insomnia. I am trained in CBT, CPT, DBT, Mindfulness-Based, EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Client Center Therapy.
