Great to meet you!

I have over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. I also have more than 10 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. My specialties include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions and family conflict.

My approach to therapy

Therapy can be a beneficial tool to help manage various challenges throughout the course of our lives. Learning skills to successfully overcome challenges and manage strong emotions is important for us all. Whether it is anxiety, depression, grief, or stress, the opportunity to have someone listen and help guide us through, is invaluable.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will develop person centered treatment goals to bring about change. I use a variety of therapy techniques, including CBT, Solution Focused, and Motivational Interviewing. I look forward to working with you, and helping you to realize your goals.
