Great to meet you!

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2011, and Master of Arts (MA) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University, Alamosa, Colorado, in 2016. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Colorado Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist (C-DBT).

My approach to therapy

We all experience people, environments, and events that shape our sense of self and how we interact with those around us, which can lead to symptoms of depression, anxiety, loss of hope, and serious struggles in relationships. The trauma focus and dialectical model (DBT) that is the foundation of my therapy allows me to work side by side with you to recognize and honor how your past experiences shaped your current pattern of thoughts, emotions, physical reactions, and behaviors.

What you can expect from me

We will work together to create new patterns in your life in order to instill hope and peace, repair your sense of self, and improve your relationships.
