Great to meet you!

Accessing support is one of the best gifts you can give yourself. I have been a therapist and mental health educator for over 28 years. My focus is helping helping you retool with great practical strategies and information to take this life walk lifted and clear. I enjoy making the healing journey fun for you with simple thought provoking assignments that go beyond simply talking in a session. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share in.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My specialty areas of focus are relationship recovery (meaning recovering the relationship with yourself), depression, anxiety, stress management, and relationship dynamics (with friends, family, and partners). My approach is compassionate, solution-focused, and inquisitive. I view you as a multi-faceted human being possessing strengths with the inner wisdom to heal. I'm here to support and guide your journey.

What you can expect from our first session

I like to use emotional freedom technique, mind-body connection interventions, and rational emotive therapy in my practice. I use others, but those are my favorites. You can expect compassion and powerful tools to move you forward in your work with me.
