Hi, I'm Sheila Rojas, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) based in Miami, serving adolescents (12+) and adults across Florida by secure telehealth. As a bilingual, Spanish-speaking provider with 10+ years of clinical experience and a Post-Master's in Psychiatry from Walden University, I specialize in medication management and supportive therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, Bipolar disorder, ADHD, postpartum mood changes, and life transitions.

I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and evidence-based prescribing to build a plan that fits your goals, your culture, and your daily life. I'm committed to LGBTQ+ affirming care and to supporting the Latino and Hispanic community in South Florida.

My goal is to help clients build insight, resilience, and confidence as they navigate life’s challenges. I create a calm, respectful environment where clients feel safe to express themselves without judgment.
