Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health therapist in Missouri with 18 years of professional clinical experience. I am professionally trained in helping adults with depression, loneliness, stress and anxiety, family/relationship challenges, life changes, grief and loss, career difficulties, trauma, adult ADD/ADHD, marital issues, and other challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach therapy in a client centered way allowing clients to direct their own path to growth and/or healing and set their own goals. I incorporate techniques such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, family systems, relational, narrative therapy, integrative therapies as needed. For couples counseling, I bring tools and strategies for conflict resolution and effective communication while being an unbiased third party mediator.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide a safe, non judgmental, confidential, space so clients can be authentic while processing through their thoughts and emotions as they grow and learn more about themselves and their relationships.
