Great to meet you!

From the outside, it may look like you've built a good life, a successful career, meaningful relationships, and responsibilities you've worked hard to achieve. Yet inside, you feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or quietly wondering, "Is this really the life I want?" You may be carrying old wounds, questioning a relationship, grieving a loss, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer fit who you're becoming.

I specialize in working with high-achieving adults, professionals, entrepreneurs, perfectionists, fellow therapists and healthcare workers, men learning to reconnect with their emotions, pilots, and LGBTQIA+ clients navigating trauma, anxiety, OCD, grief, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I frequently work with professionals experiencing burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, attachment wounds, religious trauma, infidelity recovery, and relationship uncertainty.

With over 15 years of experience and advanced training in EMDR, ART, I-CBT for OCD, discernment counseling, grief, attachment, trauma, informed IFS, and a sex and couples therapy informed professional, I tailor treatment to your unique needs.

Together, we'll help you understand the patterns keeping you stuck, heal from past experiences, strengthen your relationships, and build practical tools so you can move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and authenticity, not just keep getting through it.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, affirming, and collaborative. I integrate somatic, evidence-based, and skills-focused therapy to support nervous system regulation, symptom reduction, and meaningful change. I am especially attuned to high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism, complicated or disenfranchised grief, and the emotional impact of identity shifts and life transitions.

I offer a space that is warm, direct, and nonjudgmental—where insight and practical tools work together. Therapy with me is intentional and supportive, helping you build a stronger relationship with yourself, improve emotional regulation, and navigate relationships with greater clarity and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

I view therapy as a collaborative process where your needs guide our work. In the first session, we’ll review intake questions and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your strengths, and any relevant history—at your pace. You are never required to share everything at once.

We’ll discuss your goals, what you hope to get out of therapy, and begin shaping a plan for future sessions. I adapt to your preferences and bring my clinical experience and relational style to create a personalized, supportive experience as we move forward together.
