Great to meet you!

You may be successful on the outside yet feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected inside. I specialize in working with high-achieving adults, perfectionists, entrepreneurs, professionals, and LGBTQIA+ clients navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

Much of my work centers on clients who are questioning a relationship, identity, or life path or who feel stuck after a loss, change, or realization. With over 15 years in the field and hundreds of additional training hours under my belt (EMDR, ART, I-CBT, discernment, grief, informed IFS, trauma, sex & couples therapy, etc), I draw from trauma-informed, somatic, and evidence-based therapy to help you gain clarity, process difficult experiences, and build practical skills so you can feel calmer, more grounded, and more confident in yourself and your relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, affirming, and collaborative. I integrate somatic, evidence-based, and skills-focused therapy to support nervous system regulation, symptom reduction, and meaningful change. I am especially attuned to high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism, complicated or disenfranchised grief, and the emotional impact of identity shifts and life transitions.

I offer a space that is warm, direct, and nonjudgmental—where insight and practical tools work together. Therapy with me is intentional and supportive, helping you build a stronger relationship with yourself, improve emotional regulation, and navigate relationships with greater clarity and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

I view therapy as a collaborative process where your needs guide our work. In the first session, we’ll review intake questions and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your strengths, and any relevant history—at your pace. You are never required to share everything at once.

We’ll discuss your goals, what you hope to get out of therapy, and begin shaping a plan for future sessions. I adapt to your preferences and bring my clinical experience and relational style to create a personalized, supportive experience as we move forward together.
