Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when stress, relationship challenges, anxiety, or major life transitions leave you feeling stuck. You don't have to navigate those challenges alone.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), I provide an affirming, open-minded, and collaborative space where you'll feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

My approach combines practical tools with deeper insight, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, strengthen effective coping skills, and build lasting patterns that support your goals and relationships.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, facing a difficult transition, or simply ready for something to change, I'd be honored to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and hope.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, affirming, and practical. I work alongside clients to understand the patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be keeping them stuck while developing tools they can begin using in everyday life.

Rather than relying on a single approach, I tailor therapy to each client's unique needs by integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Together, we'll build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported while also feeling encouraged to take practical steps toward the life they want to build.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and exploring what's bringing you to therapy. We'll talk about what's been working, what's been challenging, and what you'd like to change or improve. Together, we'll begin identifying goals that feel meaningful and achievable.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and free from judgment. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. I'll help guide the conversation at a pace that feels right for you while meeting you where you are.

By the end of our session, you'll have a clearer understanding of your goals, an initial plan for moving forward, and a sense of what our work together can look like.
