Great to meet you!

Welcome. My name Sheilla Ewiah and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. I believe that mental health care should be personalized, collaborative, and centered on each individual's unique needs and goals. I specialize in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, Bipolar disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other psychiatric concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines medication management, patient education, and supportive therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve improved mental wellness and overall quality of life. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.

What you can expect from me

The first session is mostly about understanding what brings you in, learning about your mental health and medical history, and discussing your goals. You don't have to have everything figured out today. We'll work together to develop a treatment plan that fits your needs."
