Great to meet you!

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with over 15 years of experience, I believe mental wellness is foundational to healing, growth, and stability. I began my career counseling incarcerated individuals, where I developed a passion for helping the underserved and unheard voices in our communities. With a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and years of experience across diverse settings, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space for clients navigating life’s challenges. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families who are facing relationship struggles, trauma, anxiety, or identity transitions. Taking the first step toward therapy is courageous. I'm here to walk alongside you as you pursue clarity, connection, and peace.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with energy, relatability, and an open mind, creating a space where you feel seen and supported without judgment. In our introductory session, you'll have the chance to share your story, and together we'll explore what you hope to gain from therapy. My goal is to create a welcoming and secure environment where you can feel free to be yourself, speak openly, and be vulnerable. I believe in meeting you where you are and working collaboratively to move toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you. Each session will be a partnership focused on helping you find clarity, healing, and growth.

What you can expect from me

I like to start with a laid-back, introductory session where you can just talk, share your story, your goals, or even if you’re not quite sure what those are yet. We’ll figure it out together. I aim to create a space that feels safe, open, and real, somewhere you don’t have to filter yourself or feel judged. I bring energy, honesty, and compassion to every session, and I want you to feel like you can show up exactly as you are. From there, we’ll keep building on your goals and moving at a pace that works for you.
