Shekinah Lee

Hi, I’m Shekinah Joy Lee, LPC, founder of Purposed Joy, a faith-based mental wellness practice. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, Certified Grief Counselor, and Grief Group Facilitator. I specialize in self-care, grief and loss, anxiety, ADHD, and faith-integrated therapy. With experience in education, addiction recovery, and eating disorder treatment, I offer a holistic, client-centered approach.

My approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored. I integrate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based principles, and Motivational Interviewing depending on client needs. At the core of my practice is a belief that every individual holds the capacity for growth, and that living in alignment with purpose can unlock joy and healing. I’m also trained and certified in grief support and ADHD-informed care.
