Great to meet you!
I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) committed to helping individuals achieve lasting mental wellness through compassionate, evidence-based care. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Alcorn State University and my Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health, from University of Texas at Arlington in 2022.
Over the past four years, I have worked extensively with individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. I understand that mental health challenges often affect every aspect of life, and I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I have experience treating patients across the lifespan, from children as young as 4 years old to older adults up to 79 years old. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, behavioral challenges, and substance use disorders. I believe that successful treatment begins with building a trusting therapeutic relationship and developing a personalized plan that aligns with each client's unique needs and goals.
