Great to meet you!

I believe that every individual has the innate capacity for healing.

Hello! I am a dedicated LCSW committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with resilience and clarity. My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes. My clinical foundation is built on a rigorous academic path focused on understanding human behavior and holistic well-being. I graduated with a BA in Psychology from La Sierra University and later obtained my MSW from Loma Linda University.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. I utilize evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs, ensuring our work together is both practical and transformative. My primary areas of specialization include: Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, etc.

What you can expect from me

The first session is often the most important step in the therapeutic journey. It is where we lay the foundation for your growth and ensure you feel safe and understood. I strive to create an environment that is grounded, collaborative, confidential and comfortable.
