Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work and specialized training in trauma-focused and evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, Brainspotting, ERP, ACT, DBT, and somatic approaches. I work with adults navigating anxiety, complex trauma and dissociation, OCD, grief, life transitions, and more. A lot of my early experience was with adolescents and working with teenagers has a special place in my heart.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded, relational, and human. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe enough to show up as your full, authentic self, without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I strive to create a space that feels genuine, down-to-earth, and collaborative rather than overly clinical or one-size-fits-all.

I offer telehealth appointments in the evenings and love how telehealth in the evening in your own comfortable place just feels so special.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and see whether we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change, and what you want your life to look like moving forward. I’ll also share how I approach therapy and answer any questions you have. There’s no expectation that you have everything figured out. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and comfortable taking the next step.
