Great to meet you!

I received my Master's in Counseling from Winthrop University in 2022 and have been counseling for about 4 years, with my graduate experience and post-graduation experience. I typically draw aspects from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Inner Child work. I also have experience working with Cognitive Processing Therapy for sexual abuse.

My approach to therapy

My approach varies from client to client as I believe no one client is just like another. I know that you are the expert on yourself which is why I am not here to tell you what to do. I am here to help guide you through your healing and wellness journey. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will work together to determine what you want to get out of it.

What you can expect from me

I create a warm, welcoming environment for my clients. My number one priority is helping you feel like you are seen and heard in the therapy room. We will work together to set goals that make sense for you and feel relevant to your desired outcomes.
