Great to meet you!

I hold a Master of Science degree with a concentration in counseling, and my professional background is centered on trauma‐informed, nervous‐system‐focused care. I work with teens and adults navigating complex trauma, anxiety, sleep concerns, and depression—often when symptoms feel persistent despite effort or prior therapy. My approach integrates evidence‐based, body‐focused methods tailored to each individual, with an emphasis on safety, regulation, and meaningful, lasting change. I value therapy that is collaborative, attuned, and paced with care, and I aim to offer a space where clients can feel understood and supported as they work toward greater balance and well‐being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma‐informed, collaborative, and paced with care. I focus on how experiences such as complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and sleep difficulties affect both the mind and nervous system. Treatment is tailored to each client’s needs and emphasizes safety, regulation, and understanding underlying patterns rather than symptom management alone. My goal is to support meaningful, sustainable change that helps clients feel more stable, grounded, and capable in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, goals, and any important background at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful. There’s no expectation to share everything right away. My priority is to create a sense of safety, answer any questions you may have, and begin forming a plan that aligns with your needs and treatment
