A bit about my approach to therapy

Specifically, I apply a person-centered approach with cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help clients navigate the emotional complexities of trauma.

As a member/advocate of the LGBTQIA2+ community, I understand the importance of a judgement free environment. I strive to foster a safe space for my clients to begin healing and achieving their goals. My fervor for counseling resides in helping others recognize their value, despite any obstacles they might be facing.

What you can expect from our first session

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. You'll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We'll work together to figure it out! We will act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It's important to me that we communicate openly, and you feel respected in our relationship. I'll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way!
