Great to meet you!

I work with adults—especially moms and high-functioning professionals—who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or stuck in survival mode. Many of my clients are used to being the strong one. The capable one. The one everyone relies on. Therapy with me is a place where you get to exhale.

My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I blend empathy with practical tools so you not only feel understood, but also leave sessions with clarity and direction. We’ll gently explore patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels safe.

You don’t have to navigate this season alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in both insight and action. I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow.

I use a trauma-informed lens and integrate evidence-based practices such as CBT and mindfulness-based strategies to help reduce anxiety, improve emotional regulation, and build healthier patterns. At the same time, we explore the deeper beliefs and experiences that may be contributing to burnout, perfectionism, or feeling stuck.

Therapy with me is not just a space to vent — it’s a space to understand yourself more fully and leave with tools you can actually use in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other, explore what brought you to therapy, and clarify your goals. I’ll ask about your challenges and history, and we’ll start identifying patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or burnout.

You’ll also have space to ask questions and share what feels most helpful. By the end, you can expect a clear plan for next steps and some initial tools to support you, all in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space.
