Great to meet you!

I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in psychiatric mental health, experienced in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

My approach to therapy

I take a whole-person approach, working to understand each individual’s full story in order to identify root causes and treat symptoms effectively. Humans are so complex and no one fits perfectly in a diagnosis box - treatment needs to be tailored to individuals needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I will ask tons of questions! This allows me to get a full picture of your history and current life but also get to know the nature of your symptoms - where they are coming from and what will be the best treatment.
