Great to meet you!

I currently work with ages 5+ as well as couples who are working through behavior challenges, mood changes, struggling with ADHD, LGBTQ+, autism, life-stage changes as well as family struggles. I offer in person therapy, Telehealth and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP).

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a dedicated mental health counselor, my primary goal is to support you in achieving emotional well-being and a balanced life. I approach each client with empathy, respect, and a non-judgmental attitude, recognizing that every individual's journey is unique. I do this through using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Humanistic Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Reaching out for support can be a courageous step, and I want you to know that when you contact me, you’ll find a compassionate and understanding ally. I’m here to listen to your concerns without judgment and to work with you to navigate your challenges.
