Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of California, which I earned in 2015. I’ve been in practice ever since, working with individuals from diverse backgrounds to navigate life’s challenges and transitions.

I truly believe that everyone can benefit from individual therapy. While it’s not always easy to take the first step, you’ve already done something courageous by being here. Congratulations on taking that important step toward growth and healing.

I look forward to working together and supporting you in a way that meets your unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

A strong, trusting relationship with your therapist is essential to the treatment process. I’m committed to working collaboratively with you to set meaningful goals and develop a personalized treatment plan that fits your unique needs and circumstances. Every session will be tailored specifically to you, and you’ll be actively involved in each step of the process — because your voice, experiences, and feedback are central to effective therapy. I will be there to listen and support you.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, we’ll make sure you have all the important documents and information about how my practice works, including confidentiality, fees, scheduling, and what to expect in treatment.

I’ll also gather background information from you—about your history, life context, relationships, and anything relevant—to help me understand you as a whole person. This helps us build a holistic approach to therapy.

We’ll talk about the reasons you’ve sought therapy — what’s been going on, what’s been difficult, what feels important to address. Together, we’ll begin to set goals for your treatment and work out a plan that aligns with what you want to achieve.
