Great to meet you!

You might look like you have it all together on the outside - but internally, your mind doesn’t slow down. You overthink, second-guess yourself, and feel overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything. Even when you’re doing “well,” it can still feel exhausting behind the scenes.

I specialize in working with high-functioning women navigating anxiety and ADHD. I have extensive experience supporting clients who are used to pushing through, but are starting to realize that what used to work just isn’t sustainable anymore.

In our work together, we’ll slow things down and make sense of the patterns that keep you stuck, even when you know what you ‘should’ be doing. We’ll build practical tools that actually work for your brain, so you can feel more grounded, clear, and in control day-to-day.

You don’t have to keep pushing through on your own. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your head, or just tired of managing everything by yourself, we can figure it out together. If this resonates, you can reach out for a free 15-minute consultation or book a session when you’re ready.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and direct. I work to create a space where clients feel supported, validated, and truly seen. While providing guidance and encouragement, I also incorporate humor and occasional personal insight when appropriate. I believe therapy is not only about feeling heard, but also about developing deeper awareness and creating meaningful change. I gently challenge my clients to reflect, think more deeply, and shift patterns that may no longer be serving them.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to feel like a conversation where we begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about what’s bringing you to therapy, your current challenges, and any relevant background, but there’s no pressure to share everything all at once.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood from the start. We’ll also talk about what you’re hoping to get out of therapy and begin identifying areas of focus. I may offer some initial feedback or observations, but the first session is primarily about building a foundation and making sure it feels like a good fit.
