Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical mental health counselor who believes therapy should feel safe, honest, and genuinely supportive—not clinical, stiff, or judgmental. I work with clients who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck carrying things they’ve had to manage on their own for a long time. Many of the people I work with have experienced anxiety, trauma, complicated family dynamics, relationship stress, or long-standing patterns rooted in earlier life experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and very much centered on meeting you where you are. I don’t believe in pushing clients faster than they’re ready to go, and I don’t believe therapy should feel like you’re being analyzed or “fixed.” Instead, I focus on creating a space where you can show up as you are—even when things feel messy, confusing, or hard to explain.

What you can expect from me

I value authenticity in the therapy room and work to build a relationship based on trust, respect, and emotional safety. I’m mindful of how past experiences—especially those involving shame, criticism, or feeling misunderstood—can continue to impact self-worth and emotional responses today. Together, we work at a pace that feels manageable, helping you better understand yourself, process difficult experiences, and develop coping tools that actually fit your life.
