Great to meet you!

I help high-achieving girls and women who struggle with self-esteem and body image challenges. Many of my clients are “Type-A” personalities, excelling in school, careers, or competitive environments but feel trapped by an inner critic, fear of judgement, and a constant drive for control.

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on supporting girls and young women in reconnecting with their sense of worth, setting healthy boundaries, and cultivating confidence beyond achievements or the expectations of others. Together, we work to ease fear of judgment, release guilt or shame, and develop a balanced, compassionate relationship with your thoughts, your body, and your life. My counseling sessions are designed to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your emotions, overcome anxiety, and build lasting self-confidence.

Healing isn’t about changing who you are; it’s about uncovering and embracing your strengths, finding freedom from the inner critic, and feeling secure in the person you already are. If you’re looking for therapy for self-esteem, confidence building, or support with anxiety, I’m here to help you navigate your journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Your intake session is a chance for us to chat, get to know each other, and talk about your goals. It’s not a full commitment to ongoing therapy; it’s simply an opportunity for me to see how I can best support you and provide any recommendations that might help. From there, therapy sessions focus on building skills, offering support, and helping you make real progress toward the changes you want.
