Great to meet you!

I believe that we are all doing the best we can, AND we will always have areas to improve. I am extremely passionate about helping people gain a deeper understanding about themselves and identify behavioral patterns that no longer benefit them. By teaching new approaches to common obstacles, my clients feel empowered to live happier and healthier lives. As a former school-based therapist, I have extensive experience serving youth, teens, families, and young adults facing a variety of challenges. I’m trained in several evidenced-based practices to help people manage symptoms related to anxiety, depression, defiance, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I adopt solution-focused and person-centered approaches while implementing CBT, ACT, and MI therapeutic interventions, depending on the client's needs. Most of my clients describe me as relaxed and outgoing. If you are looking for someone who is easy to talk to, non-judgmental, and will support you through your journey... I'm ready to start when you are!

What you can expect from me

Our work together will be a collaborative effort as we identify both short and long-term goals that suit your specific needs. You’ll leave each session with actionable strategies for you to try without the pressure of “homework.”
