Specializes in

Relationship Issues

Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been practicing for over 10 years. I specialize in relationship dynamics which include family concerns, intimate partnerships, friendships, and even the relationship you have with yourself. I also treat anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment difficulties, and religious/spiritual concerns. If you are feeling uneasy with where you're at in life, reach out today and let's get you to a better place.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is one that balances real connection with honest conversations. I collaborate with clients to create a judgement free space that will also challenge you directly to reach the goals you want to achieve. Together, we can find the right tools to help you cope with stress and navigate relationship dynamics. By exploring patterns and learning new skills in therapy, you can gain a renewed sense of confidence and strength.

What you can expect from our first session

The atmosphere of sessions depends on the needs of the client. I love to use laughter and connection to humanize my clients while we also get down to the core issues at hand. I challenge clients in gentle but direct ways which has proven to produce incredible outcomes! My clients typically walk away from each session with a plan of action and/or feeling completely understood and supported. I am here to support humans in this messy life journey and help them find their peace again.
