Great to meet you!

Hi there, and thank you for considering me as your therapist. I’ve been in the mental health field since 2015 and have had the privilege of working with many different populations and settings—from residential programs to PHP and IOP levels of care. My current passion lies in supporting individuals navigating both addiction and mental health challenges (dual diagnosis). This work has been close to my heart since childhood, and I find deep meaning in helping people rediscover their strength and sense of self. I earned my Master’s degree from Phillips Graduate University in 2015.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels real—a space where you can show up fully as yourself. I’d describe my style as eclectic and down-to-earth. I pull from different modalities depending on what fits you best, but I’m especially drawn to Internal Family Systems (IFS) and experiential work. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that want to heal, strengthen your identity, and build more agency in your life—while keeping room for curiosity, humor, and a little lightness along the way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect that our first session will be a blend of connection and curiosity. I like to spend some time getting to know you—what brings you in, what matters most to you, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. We’ll explore the family you grew up in to better understand the patterns and experiences that shaped you, identify goals for our work together, and start building a sense of trust and rapport. My goal in that first meeting is for you to leave feeling seen, understood, and a little more hopeful about the process ahead.
